This promotion is exclusive to 10, Jack and Queen Tier Rewards Cardholders.  Weekly draws take place every Friday at 8pm and the Grand Final Draw takes place on 31 August at 8pm.

What can I win?

Weekly Cash draws:  A share of up to R100,000 in cash each Friday

Grand Final draw:  A share of up to R215,000 in prizes

6 lucky winners will be made per draw day (at both weekly and grand final draws)

  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotional period will start at 8am on 01 August 2024 and end on 31 August 2024 at 8pm.
  4. This promotional campaign is exclusive to Suncoast Queen, Jack and 10 Tier rewards cardholders.
  5. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
  6. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  7. Active and qualifying rewards cardholders will receive free tickets to the weekly Friday Cash Draws during August 2024. Free Tickets will be issued as follows, Queen tier cardholders = 50 tickets, Jack tier cardholders = 25 tickets and 10 tier cardholders = 10 tickets.
  8. Participants earn points for draw tickets into the Final Draw on Saturday, 31 August 2024 at 8pm by playing Slots or Tables whilst using their Suncoast Rewards Card during the points-earning period. 200 points = 1 draw ticket.
  9. The points earning period for the Final Draw on 31 August 2024 will begin on 01 August 2024 to 31 August 2024 at 8pm.
  10. Ticket earning for the Final Draw is limited to 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) tickets per Participant.
  11. Participants must activate their entry tickets into the draw(s) at the eHost machines, on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bins for this promotion will open at 8am and close at 8pm for the Friday cash draws and Saturday final draw.
  12. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.
  13. Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  14. Tickets earned cannot be exchanged and are not transferable.
  15. Draws will be LIVE and held publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage.
  16. The Winners Choice weekly cash draws will take place on Fridays, 02, 09, 16, 23 and 30 August 2024 at 8pm.
  17. The Winners Choice final draw will take place on Saturday, 31 August 2024 at 8pm.
  18. Participants may only win once per draw. A redraw will take place if a participant is drawn more than once.
  19. Six (6) tickets will be drawn from One (1) Electronic Entry Bin at each draw. Participants that are selected will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with a positive identification (green barcoded SA ID, SA Drivers License or valid Passport), ticket receipt, and/or their Suncoast Rewards Card.
  20. Participants must be present at the draw when the tickets are drawn/generated or nominate a proxy to act on their behalf, thereafter the ticket receipt/ticket number will be announced. The onus is upon the Participant to check their receipt number against the numbers that have been generated to ascertain that they are a winner.
  21. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Valid Positive and acceptable form of Identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  22. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Salon Prive for the period between the opening of the entry bins until 15 minutes before the actual draw, where a Participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  23. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
  24. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Suncoast Rewards Card belonging to the prize winner, and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  25. Should the prize winner not have the relevant identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  26. A re-draw will take place should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form.
  27. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or the Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  28. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  29. During the weekly Friday draws, verified winners in order, from number 1 to 6 will be offered R5,000 cash or the option to play the game. By playing the game, the winner could multiply their winnings by 6x or 4x or 3x or 2x or stay the same or half it.
  30. During the final Saturday draw, verified winners in order, from number 1 to 6 will participate in a random prize reveal process. Five (5) contestants win cash and One (1) contestant chooses either a Kawasaki KVF Brute Force 2X4 or Harley Davidson Electric Bicycle as displayed at Suncoast or R100,000 cash.
  31. Cash prizes will be in the form of promotional vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for +Play or any other form of consideration.
  32. +Play prizes will be loaded directly onto the winner’s Suncoast rewards card for Slots players and Tables winners will receive a Non-Negotiable Chips prize letter redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  33. +Play prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  34. Prizes must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw at Suncoast Casino Guest Services Desk or Salon Privé Desk.
  35. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  36. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
  37. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  38. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  39. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
