  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to All Suncoast Tables Rewards cardholders.
  5. The promotion period will be from 12 November – 28 November 2024 will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2pm-3pm on the Main and Smoking Casino Floors.
  6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion.
  7. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  8. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  9. A “Participant” herein refers to a person who enters or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
  10. Bonusing sessions will take place on the Main and Smoking Casino Floors, as such all Tables Participants will be required to be present and actively playing on Tables in order to be eligible for selection.
  11. In order to be eligible for selection for each activation date, Tables Participants will need to earn 200 points or more from the week prior to each activation date. Participants must be actively playing on Tables during the specified time in order to be eligible for selection.
  12. All active Participants must be playing with their own Suncoast Rewards Card. Rewards Cards are not transferrable between Participants/Players for gaming purposes.
  13. Bonusing sessions will take place every Tuesday & Thursday from 12 November to 28 November 2024 between 2pm-3pm as specified on Complex POS and direct communication to guests. This excludes the Salon Prive and Private Gaming Rooms.
  14. Activation dates and points earning periods for Tables bonusing will be as follows:
  • 12 November 2024, earn 200 points from 05 November 2024, 8am.
  • 14 November 2024, earn 200 points from 07 November 2024, 8am.
  • 19 November 2024, earn 200 points from 12 November 2024, 8am.
  • 21 November 2024, earn 200 points from 14 November 2024, 8am.
  • 26 November 2024, earn 200 points from 19 November 2024, 8am.
  • 28 November 2024, earn 200 points from 21 November 2024, 8am.
  1. On Tuesdays and Thursdays for Tables Rewards Cardholders there will be a total of 14 winners over the two sessions of activation time ie: 7 X Tables winners per activation day.
  2. Each activation Tuesday and Thursday a verified winner at a randomly selected Table Number/Table Game will be awarded with a cash prize ranging from R500 to R3,000 in cash. Winners will have the opportunity to select a prize reveal device which will indicate their cash prize won and will be handed a Suncoast envelope with the relevant cash amount. Each activation day a total of R11,250 will be given away to randomly selected Tables winners.
  3. After a verified winner selects a prize reveal device at a Table Game and is issued with an instant cash prize sealed in a Suncoast envelope, each winner will be required to sign an Acknowledgment Form acknowledging the cash amount/prize that they have won.
  4. RAPS (Random Active Player Selection) software will be utilized to generate winners during the activation times for active Tables players.
  5. Promotions staff will proceed to the randomly selected Table Number generated to congratulate the guest and verify that the correct guest has been identified. Promotions staff will verify name/surname and patron card number against the RAPS winners receipt/ticket generated. Once verified the prize reveal selection process and awarding of the prize will take place.
  6. Tables Prize Winners must be in possession of valid positive and acceptable form of identification when collecting prizes. Should the Participant not be in possession of an identity document, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the Winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
  7. Unverified Prize winners who are not present at a Table number/Table game, will have 90 seconds to return to their Table number/Table game. Announcements will be made by the MC and timekeeping will be completed by promotions staff.
  8. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk on the day of the draw/activation for the period between the bonusing session, before the session begins, a participant can register to be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the session on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  9. Participants must register to decline to be present during the winner announcement, in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a Participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by Participants when completing this register.
  10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for +Play, transferred or any other form of consideration.
  11. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  12. Any person transgressing, the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  13. Every participant in the promotion will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  14. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
  15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the activation/promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw/activation date.
