Tables Titans Tournament

• Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
• Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
• This promotion is exclusive to the Top 60 Players (the “Participants”) across all Table game types at Suncoast and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
• Only invited Participants will be allowed to participate in the American Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat Invitational (No nominees, proxies or volunteers will be permitted to participate).
• Designated and demarcated operational Gaming Tables will be utilized for the American Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat Invitational. Live games will not be offered at the affected operational table during promotional sessions, however live games shall resume at these table when the promotional session/tournament is over or concluded.
• Entries to this Invitational cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration, strictly invited Participants only.
• This promotional period will start at 7pm on Friday, 22 November 2024 and end at 7pm on Saturday, 23 November 2024.
• Late arrivals/no show at the indicated time on day 2 will result in disqualification.
• The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
• Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.

Dates, Times & Location

• Registration and Grouping of tournament Players including Qualifying Round American Roulette will take place on Friday, 22 November 2024 between 7pm – 8pm at the Salon Prive with the tournament start at the Tables Salon Prive.
• Qualifying Round Blackjack/Baccarat including the Semi Final and Finals will take place on Saturday, 23 October 2024 between 1pm – 7pm at the Tables Salon Prive.
• The Three gaming tables that will be used for the Qualifying Round/Semi Final and Finals will be – BJ11, AR47 and MB06, situated in the Tables Salon Prive.

Registration and Grouping of Players:

• Registration will take place on Friday, 22 November 2024 between 7pm to 8pm at the Salon Prive.
• The Promotions Team together with MC and Hostess including Tables Senior Staff will drive the process of registration.
• All invited 60 Tables Players will be required to attend the Registration evening.
• All Players names, surname and patron numbers will be deposited into a Glass Tombola.
• The tournament MC and Hostess will drive this process.
• The tournament Hostess will randomly draw out each name and surname together with patron number from the glass tombola.
• The tournament MC will announce the Patron Number only.
• This process will continue until all names, surname and patron numbers have been drawn out the glass tombola and patron numbers announced.
• This process will randomly generate 15 Groups of 4 Players each. The number of Groups and Players per Heat may change based on attendance at Management discretion.
• Each player will be given a Lanyard that indicates the Group Number and Player Number from Group 1 to Player 4 until we have finally randomly generated to Group 15 Player 4.
• A Players Number in the Group that they have been randomly placed into will indicate the Seat Number that the Player will occupy for each of the Tables games that is to be played in the Qualifying Round ie: order of play.
• The Group Number and Player Number will vary/change as the tournament progresses from one round to the next and regrouping of Players take place in the preceding rounds.
• No Late registrations and Proxies will be accepted.
• Guests will in addition be given wristbands which will allow them access into the tournament promotional area.
• Registration will be driven by the Promotions Team, tournament MC, Hostess and the Tables operation.

Qualifying Round: Day 1: (Play to begin on American Roulette)

• The Qualifying Round will consist of all 60 players i.e. 15 Groups of 4 Players each, which would have been finalized at the Registration for all 60 Players.
• Each Group will begin play on American Roulette.
• A Player’s Number in a Group will dictate the order of play for American Roulette in the Qualifying Round, beginning with Player 1 and ending with Player 4.
• Each Player will have the opportunity to place their bet last by method of using a rotating Dolly.
• For the first Four (4) spins all players who do not have the dolly will have 30 seconds to place their bets. The Player with the rotating Dolly receives 30 seconds to place their bet after everybody has finished placing their bets.
• Group 1 will begin play first until all 4 spins are completed. The 5^th Spin/Round will be a communal round ie: all Players will be given 30 seconds to place their bets at the same time or simultaneously.
• Each Group will have score sheets for each player playing American Roulette. A score sheet will consist of the name, surname, patron numbers and the Rand Value score achieved for American Roulette.
• As all players in each Group plays American Roulette each Player will generate a score for American Roulette.
• For each Player in each Group the Rand Value score will be taken for each Player as their final score achieved for this table game.
• For each Player in the Qualifying Round the Rand Value score ie: American Roulette + Blackjack + Baccarat will equal to the final score for each player in this particular round.
• Once this process has concluded a Leaderboard would have been created for the Qualifying Round for American Roulette. The Leaderboard will therefore depict all American Roulette patron positions and patron numbers for all 60 Players, from the best Player in Position #1 with the highest score for this round to the final 60^th Player with the lowest score achieved after playing this round.
• All Players will need to sign an American Roulette score sheet together with Tables Management. This will be the final score achieved for one table game (American Roulette) in the Qualifying Round with Blackjack and Baccarat still to be played on Day 2 of the tournament.
• Once all Players in all Groups have played American Roulette, a Leaderboard will be flighted in Tables Prive reflective of position and patron numbers from 1 to 60.
• Play for the Qualifying Round at this point will be suspended. Day 2 will see the continuation and conclusion of the Qualifying Round with preceding rounds to follow.

Qualifying Round: Day 2: (continuation of Qualifying Round/Semi Final, Finals)

• Each Group will begin play on Blackjack and then proceed to Baccarat.
• All Players in each Group will retain their Group and Player Number lanyard from play after Day 1.
• A Player’s Number in a Group will dictate the order of play for Blackjack and Baccarat in the Qualifying Round, beginning with Player 1 and ending with Player 4.
• Each Player will have the opportunity to play last by method of using a rotating Dolly.
• For the first Four (4) hands on Blackjack and Baccarat all players who do not have the dolly will have 30 seconds to place their bets. The Player with the rotating Dolly will receive 30 seconds to place their bet after everybody has finished placing their bets.
• Group 1 will begin play first until all 4 hands are completed. The 5^th Hand will be a secret bet that each player will place ie: each Player will be handed a betting card and each Player will write down their bet and place the betting card face down on the layout. Once all Four (4) Players have concluded placing their bets, the Dealer will reveal each Players bet, place the relevant number of chips according to each Players betting amount and beginning from Player 1 play will resume for the 5^th Hand of Blackjack/Baccarat.
• Players are not allowed to place a bet behind another Players Box.
• Each Group will have score sheets for each player, playing Blackjack and Baccarat. A score sheet will consist of the name, surname, patron numbers and the Rand Value score achieved for Blackjack and Baccarat.
• As all players in each Group play Blackjack and Baccarat each Player will generate a score for each of these table games.
• For each Player in each Group the Rand Value score will be taken for each Player as their final score achieved for each table game respectively.
• For each Player in the Qualifying Round the Rand Value score ie: American Roulette + Blackjack + Baccarat will equal to the final score for each player in this particular round.
• Once this process has concluded a Leaderboard would have been created for the Qualifying Round inclusive of American Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat scores added giving each Player a final score for the Qualifying Round.
• The Qualifying Round Leaderboard will therefore depict all patron positions and patron numbers for all 60 Players, from the best Player in Position #1 with the highest score to the final 60^th Player with the lowest score achieved after having played all 3 table games for this round.
• In the event of Tied Scores and there is a need for a Spin-Off ie: determining a Leaderboard position. The Dealer will spin the Roulette Ball in the wheel for the affected participants in alphabetical order of their surnames. The Participant/Player with the higher number (Zero being a low number) will gain the higher position and the sequence will follow on respectively. The ranking order will then be adjusted accordingly. In the event the same number is spun for more than one Player, the Dealer will re-spin assigning the number spun alphabetically should there be a need.
• All Players will need to sign a Blackjack and Baccarat score sheet together with Tables Management. This will be the final score achieved for the remaining two table games (Blackjack and Baccarat) in the Qualifying Round.
• Once all Players in all Groups have concluded play, a Leaderboard will be flighted in Tables Prive.
• The Top 12 positions on the Leaderboard will advance to the Semi Final.
• Players that qualify for the Semi Final, scores from the Qualifying Round (American Roulette/Blackjack/Baccarat) are not carried forward to the Semi Final.

Semi Final:

• The Semi Final will consist of the Top 12 Players on the Leaderboard from the conclusion of the Qualifying Round.
• These 12 Players will then be randomly placed into 3 Groups of 4 Players each.
• All Players names, surname and patron numbers will be deposited once more into the Glass Tombola.
• The tournament MC and Hostess will drive this process.
• The tournament Hostess will randomly draw out each name, surname together with patron number.
• The tournament MC will announce the Patron Number only.
• This process will continue until all names, surname and patron numbers have been drawn out the glass tombola and patron numbers have been announced.
• This process will randomly generate 3 Groups of 4 Players each.
• Each player will be given a Lanyard that indicates the Group Number and Player Number from Group 1 Player 4 until we have finally randomly generated to Group 3 Player 4.
• A Players Number in the Group that they have been placed in will indicate the Seat Number that they will occupy for each of the Tables games that is to be played in the Semi-Final.
• For American Roulette each Player will have the opportunity to play last by method of using a rotating Dolly.
• For the first Four (4) spins all players who do not have the dolly will have 30 seconds to place their bets. The Player with the rotating dolly will receive 30 seconds to place their bet after all other Players have placed their bets.
• Group 1 will begin play first until all 4 spins are completed. The 5^th Spin will be a communal round ie: all Players will be given 30 seconds to place their bets at the same time or simultaneously.

A score sheet will consist of 3 X score sheets i.e. one score sheet for each table game (American Roulette/Blackjack/Baccarat) and each score sheet will have the names, surname and patron numbers of all 4 Players that make up each particular Group.
• As all players in each Group play and complete all 3 Table games, each player from each Group will generate a score for each game.
• For each Player in each Group, the Rand Value score for each table game will be added together giving each player a final score for the Semi Final Round ie: American Roulette score + Blackjack + Baccarat equals to a Players final score for the Semi Final round.
• All Player scores will form a Leaderboard from Player #1 with the highest score to Player #12 with the least amount of score generated.
• The Top 4 scores (4 Players) on the Semi Final Leaderboard will advance to the Final Table.
• In the event of a Tie between Players for any of the top 4 positions in the Semi Final Round, the following will apply, there will be a need for a Spin-Off ie: determining a Leaderboard position. The Dealer will spin the Roulette Ball in the wheel for the affected participants in alphabetical order of their surnames. The Participant/Player with the higher number (Zero being a low number) will gain the higher position and the sequence will follow on respectively. The Finals:

• The tournament MC and Hostess will drive this process.

Once all Four (4) Players have concluded placing their bets, the Dealer will reveal each Players bet and place the relevant number of chips according to each Players betting amount and beginning from Player 1 play will resume for the 5^th hand of Blackjack/Baccarat.

• All 4 Players in the Final Group will play and complete all 3 Tables games for the Final Round.
• The Final Group will have score sheets for each player having played and completed each Table game. A score sheet will consist of 3 X score sheets i.e. one score sheet for each table game (American Roulette/Blackjack/Baccarat) and each score sheet will have the names, surname and patron numbers of all 4 Players that make up each particular Group.
• As all players in the Final Group play and complete all 3 Table games, each player from the Final Group will generate a score for each game.
• For each Player in the Final Group, the Rand Value score for each table game will be added together giving each player a final score for the Final Round ie: American Roulette score + Blackjack + Baccarat equals to a Players final crore for the Final round.
• All Player scores will form a Leaderboard from Player #1 with the highest score to Player #4 with the least amount of score generated.
• In the event of a Tie between Players for position 1 or position 2 in the Final Round, the following will apply, there will be a need for a Spin-Off ie: determining a Final Leaderboard position. The Dealer will spin the Roulette Ball in the wheel for the affected participants in alphabetical order of their surnames. The Participant/Player with the higher number (Zero being a low number) will gain the higher position and the sequence will follow on respectively. The ranking order will then be adjusted accordingly. In the event the same number is spun for more than one Player, the Dealer will re-spin assigning the number spun alphabetically should there be a need.

Tournament Mechanics:

• Once all Participants have been allocated a Group and Player Number/Seat Number, all Groups and Players are now ready to begin play.
• Once Group Participants are seated they will be issued with 1 stack of R1,000 (R20,000) for Blackjack and 5 stacks of R100 chips (R10,000) for American Roulette and 1 stack of R1,000 (R20,000) for Baccarat. This will be the allocation of chips for all Rounds of the tournament for each player.
• Participants will have to play a minimum of R100 per Spin on American Roulette and R1,000 per Hand on Blackjack and R1,000 per Hand on Baccarat and there will not be a maximum limit.
• Every Participant will have to play every Hand/Spin (if they have chips).
• Qualifying Player scores will not be carried forward from one round of the tournament to the next ie: Qualifying Round to Semi Final Round to the Final Round. Each Round of the tournament Qualifiers/Participants will begin with no score from previous rounds of the tournament.
• The Qualifying Round will consist of 5 Spins on American Roulette and 5 Hands dealt in Blackjack and 5 Hands dealt on Baccarat.
• The Semi Final will consist of 5 Spins on American Roulette and 5 Hands dealt in Blackjack and 5 Hands dealt on Baccarat.
• The Finals will consist of 5 Spins on American Roulette and 5 Hands dealt in Blackjack and 5 Hands dealt on Baccarat.
• Per Round Participants will be given 30 seconds to place their bet whether it is a bet on American Roulette, Blackjack or Baccarat.
• The Player with the Dolly will have 30 seconds to place their bet after all other Players have placed their bets. Each Player in each Round for each Table game will have the opportunity to play last once all other Players have placed their bets by virtue of the rotating Dolly.
• For American Roulette the first Four (4) spins all players will have 30 seconds to place their bets. The Player with the rotating Dolly will receive 30 seconds to place their bet after everybody has finished placing their bets.
• The 5^th Spin on American Roulette will be communal betting period of 30 seconds where all Players place their bets at the same time. The 5^th Hand on Baccarat and Blackjack will be a secret bet for all Players by use of a betting card. The Dealer will reveal each Players bet and begin play with Player #1. This will apply to the Qualifying, Semi Final and Final Round of play.
• For the first Four (4) hands on Blackjack and Baccarat all players who do not have the rotating dolly will have 30 seconds to place their bets after all other Players have placed their bets.
• There will be a count of chips after the 3^rd Hand in Blackjack and Baccarat and 3^rd Spin on American Roulette. This will apply to all Rounds of the tournament.
• Participant’s chips are to remain visible at all times.
• Participants will not be allowed to place a bet behind another player’s box.
• Voiding of hands/spins will not be permitted, unless it is a no spin, the tournament Manager will call a no spin. Standard Suncoast table game rules will apply for all 3 Table games.
• Per Round, only participants playing in that Round will be allowed into the playing area and no record of scores will be permitted.
• Participants will not be allowed to share chips or make additional buy-ins.
• Side bets will not be permitted.
• No outside chances bets allowed on American Roulette.
• All disputes must be raised within the hand/spin in play. No disputes will be considered after the hand/spin in question.
• At the end of every Round, Participants will have to sign a score sheet acknowledging their scores for Blackjack, American Roulette and Baccarat which totaled (Rand Value) will give each participant a final score for that particular Round.

The Dealer will spin the Roulette Ball in the wheel for the affected participants in alphabetical order of their surnames. The Participant/Player with the higher number (Zero being a low number) will gain the higher position and the sequence will follow on respectively. The ranking order will then be adjusted accordingly. In the event the same number is spun for more than one Player, the Dealer will re-spin assigning the number spun alphabetically should there be a need.

Prizes:

• Prizes will be awarded to all Four (4) Players in the Final Round.
• Prizes for the finals will be in the form of Cash Prizes.
• Cash Vouchers will be issued to the winners which will be redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk in the Salon Prive.
• Prize winners have fifteen (15) days to redeem their cash prizes.
• A valid form of identification will be required at the Cash Desk when redeeming of Cash prizes.

• Participants do not earn Rewards Programme points during tournament play.
• Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
• Every Participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
• The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
