1. Any person who is under 18, who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is prohibited from gambling and/or taking part in this promotion.
2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly
controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotional period will be from 1 January 2023, 08h00 to 25 March 2023, 21h00.
4. Draw Dates and times will be advertised via Suncoast Communication Channels.
5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend any dates/times of this promotion if considered necessary, e.g.: points earning; entry bin; draws. Any changes will be communicated to all participating guests via marketing channels.
Bonusing:
6. Bonusing sessions will take place on the casino floor, as such Participants will have to be present and actively playing to be eligible for selection.
7. No points earning needed, participants must be actively playing slots or tables during the specified times to be eligible for selection.
8. Bonusing sessions are exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders who are actively playing Slots or Tables on the Main Casino Floor, Smoking Casino Floor & Smoking Area 2 with their Suncoast Rewards card. This excludes the Salon Privé and Private gaming rooms.
9. Bonusing sessions will take place every Wednesday from January to March as specified on Complex POS and direct communication to guests.
10. The activation will start at 17h00 on each activation day and will continue until 22h00 with a one-hour break in between each of the three sessions.
11. RAPS (Random Active Player Selection) software will be used to generate winners during the activation times for active Slots and Tables players.
12. A total of forty winners will be selected per activation
13. The promotions team will first verify the winner at the selected machine/ table.
14. Verified winners will then be instantly awarded the prize that they have won, in the form of cash, and will need to sign an acknowledgement thereof.
Ticket Earning (Entry Criteria):
15. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using their Suncoast Rewards card during the points-earning period.
16. Points earned for cash draws will be as follows:
o For cash draws taking place in January 2023, points earning will begin on 13 January 2023 at 08h00 and will roll over until the end of that month.
o For cash draws taking place in February 2023, points earning will start on 27 January 2023 at 08h00 and will roll over until the end of that month.
o For cash taking place in March 2023, points earning will start on 24 February 2023 at 08h00.
17. Points earned for car draws will be as follows:
o For the car draw taking place on 28 January 2023 at 21h00, points earning will start on 01 January 2023 at 08h00 and continue until the car draw begins.
o For the car draw taking place on 25 February 2023 at 21h00, points earning will start on 01 February 2023 at 08h00 and continue until the car draw begins.
o For the car draw taking place on 25 March 2023 at 21h00, points earning will start on 01 March 2023 at 08h00 and continue until the car draw begins.
18. All Suncoast Rewards Cardholders will be entitled to tickets for Cash Draws based on earning 100 points per ticket.
19. All Suncoast Rewards Cardholders will be entitled to tickets for the All-Tier Car Draws based on earning 300 points per ticket.
20. Tickets (Entries) are decided by the number of points earned by a Participant during the Points Earning Period and cannot be bought for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. Points are not transferable. Ticket earning is unlimited; however, Participants may only win once per draw.
21. Only points earned during the promotional points earning period before the draw, will be considered for the draw.
22. All participants who qualify by way of earning the minimum points required will be entered into one draw bin for each cash draw and car draw.
23. All Gaming Active Suncoast Rewards Cardholders will receive ONE complimentary ticket into the first cash draw they attend.
Cash and Car Draw Participation Process
24. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the Hosts, prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bin times, draw dates, and draw times will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
25. Prize Winners will be selected by way of a random electronic draw using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application and thereafter a 9-digit receipt number will be announced multiple times through the stage and casino PA system. A Prize Reveal will take place at once after winners are drawn in which a random selector will be used to decide the Prize Value awarded to each Winner.
26. All draws will be held publicly, Prize Winners who are present or Proxy Nominees will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of the winning ticket and/or Suncoast card belonging to the Prize Winner and a positive and acceptable form of identification. Should the Participant be in possession of only one of these verification requirements, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the Participant using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible, and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation. Should the prize winner or Nominee not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
Prizes
27. Successfully verified winners will instantly be awarded their cash prize for the Weekly Bonusing sessions.
28. A random reveal device mechanic will be used to decide the prize values for the Weekly Cash and Car Draws.

31. Cash Prizes for this promotion will be in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at Suncoast Cashdesk. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for Casino FreePlay or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
32. The vehicles on display at Suncoast are the actual vehicles that will be won.
o The car prizes for the car draws during the promotion period are three VW Polo Vivo Hatch 1.4 55kw Trendline.
33. All prize Winners must be in possession of a positive and acceptable form of identification when collecting prizes. Should the Participant not be in possession of an identity document, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the Winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system, verification will not be possible, and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
34. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
35. In case of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
36. Every participant in the promotion shall be considered to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
37. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
38. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
