The Tsogo Sun Royal Flush

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotional period will start at 8am, Wednesday, 11 September 2024 to 4pm, Sunday, 01 December 2024.
4. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.

6. BONUS JACKPOTS

1. The Bonussing sessions are exclusive to Tsogo Rewards Programme members.
2. The Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will used to select Bonus Jackpot winners that have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.
3. For playTSOGO the Mystery Jackpot app will be used to select Bonus Jackpot Winners based on the criteria.
4. Friday Bonus Jackpots will be open to selected Ace, King, Queen Tier Rewards cardholders playing Slots and Tables on the main, smoking and Prive casino floors during the designated times. Friday Bonus Jackpot session times will be as follows: 6pm -7pm and 8pm – 9pm.
5. playTSOGO midweek Bonus Jackpots will be open to all Rewards Cardholders that Opted In to the Mystery Parcel Bonus Session by making a min of R5 deposit/wager.
6. Saturday Bonus Jackpots will be open to all Rewards cardholders playing Slots and Tables on the main and smoking casino areas excluding the Prive during the designated times. Saturday Bonus Jackpot session times will be as follows: 3pm -4pm, 5pm – 6pm and 7pm -8pm.
7. Participants who have met the qualifying criteria, must be actively playing at a Slot machine or Table game during the Bonussing Sessions to stand a chance to win.
8. playTSOGO Players need to meet the minimum qualifying bet/wager of R5 (Five Rands)on any of the participating games
9. Mystery Prizes are randomly drawn to those players currently eligible and who’s actively placing bets/wagers during the promotion period.
10. A minimum spend criteria will be applied for all lists to be uploaded onto the RAPS applications for all Friday and Saturday Bonus Jackpot sessions.

1. Selected winners must present themselves in person at the selected device within 90 seconds from the time the promotions team arrives at the selected device, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity at a nearby device, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
2. Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
3. playTSOGO – once a winner has been determined, the Mystery Parcel App will notify the winner
4. Each random winner will be presented with unmarked envelopes, each containing a prize insert, indicating a cash value.
5. playTSOGO – each random winner’s prize money will be automatically loaded to their betting wallet.
6. After the winner has selected his/her choice of envelope, the prize insert is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value by the promotions representative – Not applicable to playTSOGO.
7. A register will be available at the Rewards Guest Relations Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the Bonussing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
8. If the prize winner does not present themselves within 90 seconds and if he or she has not declined to be present by not signing a decline register, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection will be conducted.

7. SATURDAY CASH DRAWS

1. All Rewards members will be able to earn entries into the Saturday Cash Draws as below;
2. All winners from the Friday and Saturday Bonus Jackpots will earn entries into that week’s Saturday Night Cash draw as follows;
3. playTSOGO – All winners from the Midweek Bonus Jackpots will earn entries into that week’s Saturday Night Cash draw as follows and be loaded onto TEEDS.

1. All Rewards members will be required to play Slots and/or Tables in order to earn points to qualify for entries: 300 points per entry.
2. playTSOGO – All Rewards members will be required to place a bet on Slots and/or Tables games in order to earn points to qualify for entries: 3 playTSOGO points per entry.

Draw Dates and Points Earning Start and End will be as follows:

1. Electronic draws will take place after the last Bonussing session on Saturdays where a total of Four (4) winners will be selected
2. playTSOGO – Electronic draws will take place at 17h30 at the designated draw area where a total of Five (5) winners will be selected
3. Saturday Night cash draws will take place at 9pm at the Suncoast Main Stage.
4. There will be no cap on entries per draw.
5. All Participants or the nominated proxy will be required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize – Not applicable to playTSOGO.
6. playTSOGO – participants will not be required to be present on draw days
7. Draw tickets will only be valid for the week they are earned/received and will not be rolled over during the promotional period.

8. SUNDAY MONTH-END DRAWS

1. Entries for the monthly draws can only be obtained through points earned during the promotional period.
2. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using their Suncoast Rewards
3. playTSOGO particpants earn points by placing a bet on Slots or Tables games on the playTSOGO platform.
4. There will be no CAP on entries per draw and participants can only win once per draw bin.
5. Points earning will be per monthly draw and will NOT be rolled over during the promotional period.
6. Monthly draws will be conducted electronically, whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system.
7. Electronic draws will take place at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm on the specified draw days at the Suncoast Main Stage area, where 3 (three) winners will be selected per draw bin.
8. All qualifying Patrons for the Draws will be required to activate their entries by printing their receipts at the eHost or via the Tsogo Sun Gaming Mobile App to be eligible for a Prize. Draw registration via the Mobile App requires that the Patron is Active (Card in Slot Machine or Active on a Tables Game) in order for the Mobile App to permit entry registration.
9. playTSOGO – all qualifying patrons will be loaded manually to the TEEDS system.
10. All Participants or the nominated proxy will be required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize – Not applicable to playTSOGO.

1. Draw dates, times and points earning criteria will be set out as below:

1. Once all the 15 (fifteen) winners have been drawn, all the 15 winner receipts will be entered into a manual bin, where 1 name will be drawn each month for a finalist spot for the Grand Finale.

9. WILD CARD DRAW

1. The Wild Card draw will be held where an additional 2 finalists will be drawn from Suncoast to make it a total of 5 Finalists from the property.

1. An Electronic draw will take place immediately after the final monthly draw on Sunday, 24 November 2024 at the Suncoast Main Stage.
2. The 2 Finalists will be drawn from the 24 November 2024 Month-end draw bins (Bins 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) and a manual draw of the numbers 1 to 5 will be used to determine which bins the finalists will be drawn from.
3. All Participants or nominated proxy will be required to be present at the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize – Not applicable to playTSOGO.
4. Winners/Proxies will have 90 seconds to make their way to the main verification desk with positive valid identification to be verified as a Finalist.

10. GRAND FINALE DRAW

1. Grand Finale will be open to all qualifying Rewards cardholders who are verified as finalists from the various TSOGO SUN casinos.
2. A manual draw will take place at Montecasino on Sunday, 1 December 2024 at 16h00 where a total of Five (5) winners will be selected.
3. All Participants or nominated proxies will be required to be present on the respective dates/times in order to make their choice during the selection mechanic to determine the prize to be won.
4. The 5 winners drawn will be given an opportunity to choose a card from the Royal Flush in the order that they were drawn.
5. Each Royal Flush card (Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10 cards) will represent one of the prizes – The order of the cards will not necessarily determine the size of the prize (For example choosing the Ace card will not necessarily mean that the card has the biggest prize behind it).

11. Entries for the draws cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
12. All draws will be attendance draws and participants can only win once per draw.
13. Draw times and dates; will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
14. All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Guest Services Desk and Salon Prive. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the first draw.
15. Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
16. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant prize winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
17. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
18. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
19. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winners that do not attend the draws, via the contact details available on the database.
20. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes (Acknowledgement of Receipt form).
22. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
24. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
