1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to all Suncoast Rewards cardholders.
5. This promotion begins on 01 January 2025 and ends on 29 March 2025.
6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
8. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, competes in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
9. Participants earn points for tickets by playing Slots or Tables using their Suncoast Rewards card.
10. Queen, Jack and 10 Rewards cardholders must earn 100 points per ticket to qualify for the cash draws. Ace and King Rewards cardholders must earn 500 points per ticket to qualify for cash draws.
11. All participants must earn 1,000 points per ticket to qualify for car draws.
12. The points-earning periods for cash draws are set as follows:
    • Points earning for cash draws in January will begin on 01 January 2025 until the start of each draw.
    • Points earning for cash draws in February will begin on 25 January 2025 until the start of each draw.
    • Points earning for cash draws in March will begin on 22 February 2025 until the start of each draw.
13. The points earning periods for car draws are set as follows:
    • Points earning for the car draw in January will begin on 01 January 2025 until the start of the draw.
    • Points earning for the car draw in February will begin on 01 February 2025 until the start of the draw.
    • Points earning for the car draw in March will begin on 01 March 2025 until the start of the draw.
14. Each participant can earn and enter up to a maximum of one hundred thousand (100,000) tickets per draw.
15. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
16. Tickets earned are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.

Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.
19. All Queen, Jack and 10 Rewards cardholders’ cash draws will be held publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage while all Ace and King Rewards cardholders’ cash draws will be held publicly in the Salon Prive. All car draws will be held publicly at the Suncoast Main stage.
20. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn/generated or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a proxy form.
21. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
22. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
23. Nominees or proxies may not represent more than one participant.
24. Prize winners will be selected randomly using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application.
25. Prize winners or nominated proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
26. Should the prize winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
27. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
28. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
29. Proxies or nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
30. A total of five (5) winners will be randomly selected at each weekly cash draw.
31. A total of five (5) winners will be randomly selected at each car draw.
32. The MC will announce the receipt/ticket number.
33. A redraw will take place if participants are selected more than once at each draw.
34. Each verified winner will have the opportunity to select a randomized reveal device to determine their prize.
35. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
36. The vehicles on display at Suncoast Casino are the actual prizes to be won.
37. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
38. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
39. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
40. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
41. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
42. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
43. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
