- No person under 18 years is allowed to gamble or take part in this promotion.
- Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from taking part in this promotion.
- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders who are actively playing Slots on the Main Casino Floor, Smoking Casino Floor & Smoking Area 2 with their Suncoast Rewards card. This excludes the Salon Privé and Private gaming rooms.
- Suncoast reserves the right to amend the draw date/activation time if considered necessary because of changing state of disaster regulations.
- The promotion will take place on Mondays as specified on Complex POS and direct communication to guests.
- The activation will start at 14h00 on each activation day and will continue till 17h00 or until the entire prize pool of R32,000 Cash & Slots FreePlay is won, whichever happens, sooner.
- RAPS (Random Active Player Selection) software will be used to generate winners during the activation times for active Slots players. The promotions team will make their way to the winner at the selected slot machine to issue the prize.
- All Slots patrons will need to earn a minimum of 100 points from 08h00 to 17h00 on activation days to be eligible for choice during the activation time between 14h00 –17h00.
- A generated winner at the time of verification at the selected/generated Slot machine number must be playing with his/her own/personal Suncoast Rewards Card. Suncoast Rewards Cards are not transferable between patrons for play.
- If a generated winner is not at their Slot machine when the Promotions Team arrives for verification purposes, an announcement will be made by the activation MC giving the winner 90 seconds to respond and return to his/her Slot machine to be verified and awarded with a prize of either R2,000 Cash or R2,000 Slots FreePlay. If the winner does not return within the 90-second countdown a re-draw will take place.
- A generated and verified winner at a Slot machine will receive a prize in the form of R2,000 (Two Thousand Rand) in a sealed Suncoast envelope OR R2,000 in Slots FreePlay. Verified winners will be awarded prizes on a rotation basis i.e.: the first winner R2,000 Cash and the second winner R2,000 Slots FreePlay and will repeat itself in this format until all 16 winners are made. There will be 8 Cash winners & 8 Slots FreePlay winners per activation day.
- Verified Slots guests that win R2,000 Slots FreePlay, will be loaded at once onto the patron card after the verification process has been completed.
- Prize Winners must be in possession of a positive and acceptable form of identification when collecting prizes. Should the Participant not be in possession of an identity document, reasonable steps shall be taken to verifythe Winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible, and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for Tables Non-Negotiable Chips/FreePlay, transferred or any other form of consideration.
- All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
- Any person transgressing, the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- Every participant in the promotion will be considered to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
- In case of technical failure or damage to the device used for the activation/promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw/activation date.
