1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
2. This promotion is open to all rewards members and non-members (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotional period will commence on 9 February to 24 April 2025. The draw will take place on Friday, 25 April 2025 back-of-house.
4. Participants must purchase the REAL DEAL booklet to qualify for entry tickets.
5. Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
6. Participants must fill in their details on the draw entry ticket – name and surname, ID or patron number, contact number, and email address.
7. Participants must ensure that their details are clear and legible for the entry to be valid.
8. Participants must insert their entry tickets into the draw entry bin between 9 February to 24 April 2025 before the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bin closing times and draw times will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
9. Participants may enter as many tickets as possible but can only win once.
10. Five selected participants will each win R1,000 cash and a R1,000 cash TOP-UP if they sign up to the Rewards Programme, download and register on the Tsogo Sun App and register on playTSOGO – all three (3) requirements must be met to qualify for a TOP-UP prize.
11. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to all participating guests via marketing channels.
12. Prize Winners will be selected randomly from the manual/traditional entry bin.
13. Participants do not need to be present at the draw – winners will be notified telephonically on the day of the draw.
14. Prize winners must present a positive and acceptable form of identification to claim the prize. Should proof of identification not be available, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
15. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Tsogo Rewards Desk.
16. A redraw will take place if winners do not collect their prizes within 15 days of the draw.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
22. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
