1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotional period will be from 01 August 2022, 08h00 to 29 October 2022, 21h00.
4. Draw Dates and times will be advertised via Suncoast Communication Channels.
5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend any dates/times of this promotion if deemed necessary, e.g.: points earning, entry bin, draws etc. Any changes will be communicated to all participating guests via marketing channels.
Ticket Earning (Entry Criteria):
6. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using their Suncoast Rewards card during the points earning period.
7. Points earning will commence on 01 August 2022 at 08h00 and will continue until the start time of each draw.
8. Participants will be entitled to tickets, for the Cash Draws based on the following point criteria:
- Black Reward Cardholders 300 points per ticket.
- Platinum Reward Cardholders 200 points per ticket.
- Gold Reward Cardholders 100 points per ticket.
9. Participants will be entitled to tickets, for the All Tier Car Draws based on the following point criteria:
- Black, Platinum and Gold Cardholders 500 points per ticket
- Patrons will earn Double Tickets every Tuesday during the promotional period for the next CAR DRAW only i.e. double tickets earned for every Tuesday in August can be entered into the draw on 27 August only, double tickets earned every Tuesday in September can be entered in to the draw on 1 October only, and double tickets earned every Tuesday in October can be entered into the draw 29 October only. Tickets earned will be calculated according to the gaming day i.e. from 08h00 on Tuesday till 07h59 on Wednesday.
10. Tickets (Entries) are determined by the number of points earned by a Participant during the Points Earning Period and cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. Points are not transferable. Ticket earning is unlimited, however Participants may only win once per draw.
11. Only points earned during the promotional points earning period before the draw, will be considered for the draw.
12. The points earning criteria used and the entry bin that participants qualify for is determined by the participant’s card status on the day of the draw. The participant’s card status may change during the course of the promotion, if the guest has been upgraded or downgraded.
13. All Active Suncoast Cardholders will receive ONE complimentary ticket into the first cash draw they enter.
14. All 12-month Gaming Active Suncoast Cardholders (1 August 2021 – 31 July 2022) will receive ONE complimentary ticket into the car draw on 27 August 2022.
Draw Participation Process
15. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHosts, prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bin times, draw dates and draw times will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
16. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random electronic draw. A Prize Reveal will take place immediately after winners are drawn in which a random selector will be used to determine the Prize Value awarded to each Winner.
17. All draws will be held publicly, Prize Winners who are present or Nominees will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of the winning ticket and/or Suncoast card belonging to the Prize Winner and; positive and acceptable form of identification. Should the Participant be in possession of only one of these verification requirements, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the Participant using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation. Should the prize winner or Nominee not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
18. For the Car Draws, 6 winners will be drawn electronically via the Tsogosun Draw Application. All participants by way of printing tickets at the eHost will enter and be part of ONE electronic entry bin ie: Black, Platinum & Gold Reward Cardholders. During the prize reveal process on stage, the 6 winners will be invited onto stage one at a time in the order that they were drawn and prizes for each winner will be randomly selected using a prize reveal device.
19. A participant may nominate another person (Nominee) who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the casino. This facility will be available from the time the entry bin opens till five minutes before each draw. As such Participant and Proxy/Nominee must complete a Proxy Form either at the Guest Relations Desk or Salon Prive for Black Reward Cardholders. All details on the Proxy Form are to be completed in full and signed by both parties authorizing the Nominee to stand in for the Participant.
20. In the event that COVID restrictions are once again imposed, draws will be held BOH. Participants may not be present at the draw area when the tickets are drawn/generated or during the Prize Reveal. Winners selected will be announced via Facebook Live and will be notified via contact details listed on the Patron Management System. Prize Winners will still be selected by way of random electronic draw. A Prize Reveal will take place immediately after winners are drawn in which a random selector will be used to determine the Prize Value awarded to each Winner.
21. Prizes
The minimum prize values for the Gold Reward Cardholders draw are:
- R5,000 cash
- R4,000 cash
- R4,000 cash
- R3,000 cash
- R3,000 cash
The minimum prize values for the Platinum Reward Cardholders draw are:
- R15,000 cash
- R10,000 cash
- R10,000 cash
- R5,000 cash
- R5,000 cash
The minimum prize values for the Black Reward Cardholders draw are:
- R20,000 cash
- R15,000 cash
- R15,000 cash

22. A DARE TO DOUBLE mechanic will be used to determine the final cash prize values for the Weekly Cash Draws. The possible multiplier options are “double” or “half”. Winners will also have the option to stay with the initial cash amount won on stage or DARE to DOUBLE.
23. The prize breakdown for each car draw, is as follows:

24. Cash Prizes for this promotion will be in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cashdesk. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for Casino FreePlay or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
25. The vehicles on display at Suncoast are the actual vehicles that will be won.
- The car prize for the draw on 27 August 2022 is a VW Vivo, 1.4 Hatch, Comfortline, Reef Blue metallic.
- The car prize for the draw on 01 October 2022 is a VW Polo TSI 1.0l, DSG RLine, Pure White.
- The car prize for the draw on 29 October 2022 is a VW Polo GTI, DSG, RLine, Kings Red.
26. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner only within 15 days of the draw from the Guest Services Desk, during casino trading hours. Reasonable steps will be taken to contact the Prize Winner using contact details available on the Suncoast Patron Management System. Should the Prize Winner not be contactable, the prize may be forfeited.
27. Prize Winners must be in possession of positive and acceptable form of identification when collecting prizes. Should the Participant not be in possession of an identity document, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the Winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
28. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
29. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
30. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
31. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
32. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
