- Any person who is under 18 is strictly prohibited from taking part in this promotion.
- This promotion period will be on 26 January 2024 from 14h00 – 18h00.
- Draw dates and times will be advertised via Suncoast and East Coast Radio Communication Channels
- Suncoast reserves the right to amend any dates/times of this promotion if considered necessary, e.g.: points earning; entry bin; draws. Any changes will be communicated to all participating guests via marketing channels.
Entry Criteria
- Guests need to enter their details in the entry bin located at the stage area on 26 January between 14h00 and 17h30. One entry per person only.
- Activations will take place on Friday, 26 January between 15h00 and 18h00 as specified on Complex POS.
Draw Participation Process
- Stacey and J Sbu will draw one winner from the entry bin every hour.
- Participants must be present at Suncoast to be eligible for participation.
- Each time a winner is selected, the team will call the participant on the contact number provided on the entry slip. The participant will need to make their way to the stage area where a verification process will take place.
- Selected winners must have a positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Should the selected winner not be present at Suncoast and not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
- In a case where a participant may not be physically fit to go inside the money shower, they may nominate someone on their behalf.
- Verified participants will each get 60 seconds inside the money shower.
- Participants can only win once per activation.
Prizes
- Inside the money shower there will be up to R5 000 in cash.
- Prizes for this promotion will be redeemable as follows:
- Cash prizes will be in the form of cash transfer done by East Coast Radio. East Coast Radio will contact the winners to obtain bank account information.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
- All decisions are final, binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
- If technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be considered to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
