  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotion period will run from 27 June to 29 August 2024.
  4. Activation dates and times will be advertised via Suncoast Communication Channels.
  5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated via the marketing channels.
  6. Participants must earn a minimum of 100 points 7 days before each or on activation day (Thursday to Thursday) to be eligible for selection. For example, earn points from 20 June to 27 June to qualify for activation on 27 June 2024.
  7. Participants must actively play Slots or Tables on the Main Casino Floor, Smoking Casino Floor & Smoking Area 2 with their rewards cards between 12h00-13h00, 17h00-18h00 and 19h00-20h00 to be eligible for selection. The Salon Prive is excluded.
  8. A register will be available at the Guest Relations Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the bonusing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  9. Participants must register to decline to be in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this.
  10. The RAPS (Random Active Player Selector) system will be utilized to generate winners during the activation times.
  11. Ten (10) winners consisting of 7x Slots players and 3x Tables players will be selected per session.
  12. Participants may only win once per session.
  13. Each verified winner will get an opportunity to get inside the money shower device and grab as many notes as possible within 90 seconds.
  14. Participants must be in possession of a Suncoast Rewards card belonging to them and a positive and acceptable form of identification. Should the Participant not have positive identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the Participant using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
  15. Should the selected winner not be present at the winning machine within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the opt-out register, a re-draw will take place
  16. Participants playing with cards not belonging to them will be disqualified and a re-draw will take place.
  17. Participants may nominate someone else to act on their behalf (inside the Money Shower) should they be physically unfit to do so. The nominee may not represent more than one winner.
  18. Cash prizes will be in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash desk.
  19. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for Casino +Play or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  20. Prizes must be redeemed by the relevant Prize Winner, within 15 days of the activation during casino trading hours.
  21. Prize Winners must be in possession of positive and acceptable form of identification when collecting prizes. Should proof of identification not be available on the system, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
  22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling promotion dates and times.
  24. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  26. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
